WWC123 - There is No Winner This Week

As the title says, there is no winner this week for Marsha's "Fireworks" Theme Challenge.  And, while we have three link ups, two were by the same person so I've only shown one of her cards.  I'd like to thank Heather Hopson and Papyrus Studio for joining our challenge and sharing their great "fireworks" designs.

Come back tomorrow, June 21st, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You'll want to check out all the wonderful designs by the Watercooler Artists.

WWC123 - Marsha's "Fireworks" Theme Challenge

Woo Hoo!  It's time for another challenge and this one is perfect for this time of the year.  Marsha Reed is hosting a theme challenge all about Fireworks.  Exciting?  You bet!

This is a challenge which had many of the Watercooler Artists working overtime trying to figure out an awesome way to portray fireworks.  The results?  Check for yourselves.  You won't believe the stamps, dies and even rhinestones that can give an illusion of fireworks.  Are you ready to be inspired?  We begin with Marsha's awesome use of the April 2016 My Paper Pumpkin stamps.

And now it's your turn.  You can join us by linking up your creation with the InLinkz at the bottom of this challenge.

WWC122 - The Winner

We'd like to thank everyone who played along with Libby's Feminine "Anything Goes" Challenge last week. There were many wonderful entries and the Watercooler Artists enjoyed visiting your blogs to see all of your great designs.

Starting us off is Libby's choice for her winner.  She chose Charlotte E's beautiful pink and gray flowers design.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for Honorable Mentions.

Libby's Winner:  I loved all the layers on her card.  The ombre pink was a nice balance but not overly done.

Congratulations, Charlotte.  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our challenge winner.

And now it's time to share this weeks' Watercooler Artists choices for our Honourable Mentions.

Marsha's Choice:  I love the water colored peonies.  The sentiment and little bits of detail make for a beautiful design.

Judy's Choice:  I love the use of the Distress Oxide inks, distress markers and the black heat embossing to give this card such a fabulous feel!

Kath's Choice:  This little piggy just makes me happy! The coloring is well done!

Gail's Choice:  It is an absolutely stunning work of art!  I love all the background details as well as those gorgeous lantern flowers.

Penny's Choice:  What a fascinating, amazing card with it's quad easels, intricate base and beautiful ribbon. I love everything about it.

Heidi's Choice:  I love the combination of the succulents with the Windows Box thinlits. This is a real piece of art.

Fiona's Choice:  I love the way the background colour almost makes the word HUGS shimmer as if it is in water.

Gwendolyn, Julie, Andrea, Karen, Hazel, Heather and Preeti here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as an Honourable Mention.

Be sure to stop back tomorrow, June 14th, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You'll want to check out all the wonderful designs by the Watercooler Artists.

WWC121 - The Winner

We'd like to thank everyone who played along with our "Anything Goes" Challenge last week. There were many wonderful entries and the Watercooler Artists enjoyed visiting your blogs to see all of your great designs.

Starting us off is Marsha's choice for her winner.  She chose Dawn's beautiful CAS (clean and simple) design.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for Honourable Mentions.

Marsha's Winner:  I love this clean and simple design.  All the colors and techniques came together perfectly to make this elegant, beautiful card.

Congratulations, Dawn.  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our challenge winner.

And now it's time to share this weeks' Watercooler Artists choices for our Honorable Mentions.

Gail's Choice:   Love the colours, the technique and how the image just pops against the navy with those enamel dots as the perfect finishing touch.

Kath's Choice:  I love those huggable bears.  They are so adorable and perfectly colored!

Judy's Choice:  The coloring on this is truly spectacular! And it really works with the whole feel of the card!

Heidi's Choice:  Who can resist an aquatic unicorn, especially when it is coloured so beautifully. Toni has created an exquisite clean & simple card.

Penny's Choice:   The boots on their own are a CAS image but paired with the abstracts and subtle colours of the background stamps which stretch from front to back makes this card a step above for me. I love it!

Fiona's Choice:  I love the vibrancy of the colour of those poppies and the gentle green masked off background.

Libby's Choice:  Truly a 'pawsome' card! I love all the different coloring of the dogs. It's a fun card, without a bark! (Yes, puns intended!)

Preeti, Charlotte, Gerrina, Toni, Harriet, Karen and Carloine here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as an Honourable Mention.

Be sure to stop back tomorrow, June 7th, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You'll want to check out all the wonderful designs by the Watercooler Artists.
